Lasting benefit is a daily outcome.

Persistent inflammation in the body is associated with at least 70% of our physical and mental health issues.

Well-applied FCS therapy improves or eliminates a stunning array of problems not well improved by other traditional medical means. It releases that inflammation.

I offer this technique to all ages. I have had great successes with this tool in pediatric primary care. I order fewer x-rays, send fewer children to specialists, and watch smiling faces leave the office with sustained relief of their issues.

FCS is the single most effective, versatile, verifiable, repeatable, scientifically-supported tool I have used in my 30 years of medicine. There are over 900 techniques, and each person may need very different treatment even though they have a similar pain syndrome as another.

FCS is a not an alternative medicine treatment. It builds on the same technique used in the older, mainstream physical therapy known as strain/counterstrain. That earlier approach focused solely on musculoskeletal issues. In contrast, FCS enables practitioners to identify and release fascial restrictions across all body systems--including the musculoskeletal, vascular, visceral, lymphatic and nervous systems.

Patients report significant improvements in these and many more issues:

The body makes inflammation on purpose to contain a problem to the local area.

Fascia contracts when exposed to inflammation. If the fascia fails to return to its relaxed state, chronic restriction can remain and cause chronic problems.

The fascia is where it gets deposited.

The fascia surrounds every structure in the body and is connected head to toe.

Unresolved inflammation leads to pain, tightness and tender points in the body.

It hides like pebbles in a shoe.

When you find each one with an FCS "map," simple manual glides in a specific direction of ease solves the restriction.
